Sunday was Rally Day at Covenant. Kathy Frye is the best! She is the Children's Director and she had the Silly Olympics for the kids. We have such great volunteers for our Sunday School classes. The kids did a great job! It was a lot of fun. I think I am going to start a separate blog for our kids at church - we haven't figured out all the details yet - But we are just so excited b/c we are getting a new preacher - he starts in a couple of weeks and we couldn't be happier. It has been a hard couple of years at our church but we know that God is going to take care of everything!

Of course, LOVED these pictures!! A little sad that I missed it - first time in about 10 years!! :) But it all looks very familiar!! So glad Kathy is loving her job - we were just so lucky to get her!! I cannot WAIT to hear about the new preacher.....will call Kathy this week to talk. I still keep up with her some!! So glad it all went well. The Trotter kids (and the Trotter parents) sure miss that special place!! And our special friends!!
