Santa pics!

Nate did not want anything to do with Santa this year - I was pretty much expecting that - but I still had some hope! We all met at Sweet Dreams to have the kids' photos taken - Haley, Liv and Nate - did not like Santa at all!! So after they had to go through that torture - we tried to get everybody to look at the camera - of course it didn't work - but they turned out cute anyway!! :)

TwiLight NIGHT!!!

So this was the night we were all waiting for - TWILIGHT night! Sixteen of us went to the movie Friday night. I got there WAY before I needed to and waited for the girls to arrive. Emily Hopkins drove in from Memphis with her friend Laurie. I don't know if you remember or not but about a month ago - it was at Renee's birthday party was at Bonefish. I happened to have just started reading the Twilight series thanks to Kellye. Well, Kellye was out of town and I had NOBODY to talk to about it. I felt like I was losing my mind because I could NOT put the book down. I was on the second book and we had just finished eating and I looked at Joanne to ask her if she had read the Twilight series - she said no but Emily had - It was sooooooooooooooooooooo funny! I started screaming and so did she! SOOO we had mentioned that she should come in town for the opening night! In the meantime - Kellye got back from her trip and we couldn't stop talking about the books! THEN I got Jana and Patrice to read them! And even RENEE started reading them. So Emily decided to come to Jackson Friday night and we gathered a group of people together to go and see the movie - many of the girls who were at Renee's bday party went along with some of my friends! We had a blast!! The group kept getting bigger and bigger! It was a lot of FUN!! We acted like fools - like teenagers at the movie! I told Trey that we went early to the movie to see all the freaks and we ended up being the FREAK SHOW! Kellye, Emily and I wore tshirts! We were definitely in the spirit! IT WAS A BLAST!! THANK YOU GIRLS FOR MAKING THE NIGHT SO MUCH FUN!! and thank you Trey for putting up with my craziness!!

Thanksgiving Party at Christ Covenant!

Friday was Bekah's Thanksgiving party at Christ Covenant. The kids were adorable! Singing turkey songs and telling the five things they are grateful for! It was a sweet time and I was so happy to be there! Have I told you how much I love this school???? LOL!!

Courtney meets Gubby

I met up with Charley and Courtney at Keifer's Tuesday Night! I couldn't wait for Charley and Courtney to meet in person! They hit it off immediately!

Football

When Grammy and Bill came to town last weekend - we all watched Auburn lose! :( They don't seem to be having a very good season this year - oh well, I guess even Auburn has to have a bad year every now and then! But the kids didn't seem to mind!

Duathlon!

So I did a duathlon on Saturday morning! It was a 5K run/22K duathlon/1 mile run!

I didn't like running twice - I'll be honest - I'd rather do a triathlon anyday! However, it did make it fun that Trey came out with the kids and that Eugene and Jennifer were there to cheer me on! They were so sweet to come out! Eugene has been training me for the past few months! After the race, we went to Primos for a healthy breakfast (yea right)! I've decided to do the New Orleans marathon in February next! I just can't help myself!!!
