Decorating the tree

We decorated the Christmas tree last night and put up all the decorations. Bekah loved every minute of it and after we finished we all just sat and watched the lights. Nate absolutely loved it.

THANKSGIVING FUN IN B'HAM

As you can see we had a wonderful Thanksgiving in Birmingham. The six of us (including Happy and Lulu) all piled up in the van Wednesday nite and headed to Grammy's. We had a lot of fun. Trey's brother JJ and his girlfriend Becca came from North Carolina to spend the holidays with us. Thursday afternoon, cousins and friends came to eat with us. The big hit was the pumpkin pie which "big" Becca made. Trey couldn't stop eating that pie. Becca can cook! She made a great greenbean casserole and mashed potatoes. (She made me look bad - just kidding) We love Becca!! We ate out and spent some time with Big Dad Friday nite and he took us to a yummy breakfast Saturday morning. We were so proud that Bekah actually made a happy plate at dinner! We met Mailbox, JJ's new puppy. They found him by the mailbox - get the name now? Bekah got into Grammys makeup and left perfect handprints on her carpet. Nate chilled the whole time. He was such a good baby. Four dogs including Jo Jo, Grammy's dog - loved on Nate. It was great fun to be with the family on Thanksgiving! Enjoy the photos!

Bekah and Nate got their photos taken with Santa Claus Sunday at Sweet Dreams in Madison. They were both really good and neither cried. Don't worry, once we get the photos back with Santa - they will be posted. Miriam and Hudson also were there so they had fun playing outside!!

Bekah's First Haircut

Bekah got her first hair cut this weekend! She was so good. We went to Maurices in Madison and they gave her a hair certificate. They also gave us a few locks of her hair to save. Kelci, Trey, Nate and me were all there to cheer her on! WAY TO GO BEKAH!!

The Crack

We ate out with the Milans at their regular Wednesday nite spot - the Cracker barrell - my how date nite has changed. But we managed to have a good time despite the fact that we had to wait an hour and a half for food. Trey stood at the kitchen entrance with 2 empty glasses hoping this would grab the attention of the waitress that we may be thirsty. It didn't work. We finally got our food and Bekah actually ate a whole pancake and 2 pieces of bacon.. Can you believe it? I'm having a blast on this blog, it is very addicting = thanks Renee for making me do this! I don't know who is reading this but this sure is fun.
