HAPPY BIRTHDAY MIRIAM!!

Miriam's bday party was Saturday. Look at the water slide Courtney rented for the day. WOW..what a hit! We had an awesome time. The whole family was there - even Stu's family from Detroit came in for the occasion!! The theme of the party was a POODLE party! So cute. They had some good food too. Courtney, we had a great time! THANKS for having us. I took so many photos, I'm going to have to put them in a slide show but for now, I'm going to put these up. Miriam and Bekah are always mistaken for sisters whenever we go anywhere together. I just can't believe Miriam is 3!! She had a great time at her party! Notice Bekah only got in the pool of the water slide. She was too scared to climb up the water slide. Imagine that!

Payton turns 2!!

This busy Saturday began with Payton's birthday party! This is Michael and Betsy Denny's son. They live around the corner from us. (Of course my day had already begun with a short 12 mile run - I had to throw that in!) Anyway, Bekah and Nate had a great time. I can't believe Payton is already 2. Betsy and I met when we were in lamaz class when I was prego with Bekah and she was prego with Miles!

THE POTTER PARTY!

We joined the hundreds of Harry Potter fans and went out to Barnes and Noble Friday night. What a sight! We ran into the Hagwoods and their son, Spencer, actually ended up being on the front page of the paper Saturday morning! Bekah and Cate put on their glasses and we walked around and enjoyed people watching. I couldn't find Trey W. anywhere and we ended up finding him watching the magic show. What a kid! I have my Harry Potter book now! YEA! We went home and Trey and Austin stayed. Trey W. went back up to the bookstore around 11 p.m. to people watch with Trey and Austin. He said he couldn't believe what he saw. My brother even said he has gone to Star Wars premiers and that was nothing compared to the crazy Harry Potter fans. They said some guy was running around the store yelling out the ending and he got kicked out and when he did all the people were cheering! What a crazy night!

Friday nite

What a BUSY weekend. Friday night we met Trey, Kim, Austin and Cate at Papitos. We sat outside and had a great time. We finished just in time b/c then it started raining. After dinner, we decided to meet them at Barnes and Noble for the Harry Potter party!

Let me explain...

Trey makes us laugh all the time and he does his Hunchback of Notre Dame impression with his shirt like this and says in his best accent, "She gave me water." It's really quite funny. Well, last night Bekah thought she would give it a try. It was truly one of the funniest things I have ever witnessed. They were both walking around the room saying, "She gave me water." Trey thought Bekah looked like ET in that first photo! I wonder where Bekah gets her sense of humor?? The photo of Nate was taken this morning. He is really doing well from his surgery! I thought y'all might enjoy these photos! Especially Leslie who from what I find out last night is a blog fan! I'm just going to call these people out and tell them they need a blog... Courtney, Kim & Trey B., Becca, Leslie, Jana, Misti.. come on people - Let's get a blog going!!

Carrie's baby shower!

Last night I went to a baby shower for Carrie Ainsworth. She is having a boy and has named him Sanders. Isn't that a sweet name?? We had a great time at Kim's house. It was FUN!! Carrie wouldn't let me take that many photos of her - silly girl. She looks great. She is having the baby Aug. 10! She got lots of cute stuff!
