Saturday afternoon Bekah and I hung out with Misti and her son Lowe and Emily and her kids.

Surprise DUDE!

Happy Birthday Dude! Misti's dad turned 80 and Misti and her sister threw him a surprise party at River Hills. It was very nice. Elaine and Jim Robertson were there and Emily came in town from Nashville and brought her 2 kids Virginia Rose, 2, and Luke, 3 months. I didn't get a photo of Dude who Misti named a long time ago. His name is Bob Stevens! Bekah and Virginia Rose had a lot of fun playing together.

Trey Bourn runs marathon

Look at my brother running his third marathon at Walt Disney World! Way to g0 trey!! He will now be a Team in Training Coach. We are all going to train for the Chicago marathon in October!!

GO SAINTS!

Trost had some people over to watch the Saints game Saturday night. He is from New Orleans. We all had a great night and the kids had sooo much fun!!

Future hairdresser

We checked on Courtney and Liv Saturday. Liv was asleep so we didn't bother her. Bekah pretended to cut Miriam's hair! Do I have a future hairdresser on my hands???

Play date

We had a play date last Tuesday with Hudson and Madeleine at Story's house. Lots of cool pirate stuff!

A beautiful Saturday!

Satruday was a gorgeous day. It felt like spring. So we moved everything outside and had a great day. Bekah skated by herself - what a big girl and Nate loved the exersaucer... he was very content. Bekah also drew on the driveway with her chalk and didn't want to take off her helmet! We also went on a wagon ride... we put Nate in the bumbo on the wagon and he loved it... at one point Bekah was pulling the wagon - it was so cute!

Bekah wanted to go see Courtney's new baby so we went to the hospital Friday nite. After Bekah found the baby doll in the hospital room and threw it in the air, we thought it might not be a good idea for her to hold the baby - maybe another time. Also, this is Jennifer, Courtney's sister meeting Liv for the first time. I had to add the fake baby we put in Liv's bed.. we were cracking up! Courtney went home Saturday and hasn't had much sleep! I'm so glad we are out of that stage - the first two months are soooo hard!!

Trey Bourn runs Walt Disney World

My brother Trey finished the Walt Disney World marathon yesterday in 4 hours and 42 minutes! This is his third marathon! WAY TO GO TREY!

Ballet lessons

For Christmas, Trey and I gave Bekah ballet lessons. We wrapped up her little outfit that included her ballet shoes and tap shoes. Well,

she started her lessons last night. She is taking at the Mississippi Metropolitan Dance Academy in Madison - one of the only places I found that accomodates working moms! Her class began at 5:45 p.m. and is one hour. She looked so cute. She is taking with Madeleine (Hudson won't be joining them for ballet - completely understand) This is her teacher Ms T. She is very good with the kids. Bekah loves her. They would not let the parents watch (they have one night where you can observe). Bekah is such a BIG GIRL!! I can't believe how much she has grown and the little ballet outfit - I can't talk about it! Her recital is in May!
