Christmas at Courtney's

The Milans had us over for Christmas lunch. We had such a great time with Courtney (who is having her baby TOMORROW) and Stu, Miriam, Courtney's mom, sister and brothernlaw, dad and neice. The food was AWESOME! The only thing was that we left our diaper bag which had all of Nate's bottles and everthing in it b/c we left to go to B'ham right after lunch. WEll, we were almost to Meridian when we figured it out. Courtney tried to call us but for some reason, our cell phones were not ringing loud enough! We turned around and met Courtney's sweet sister Jennifer on the side of the road. They live in Meridian so they were going back. THEY SAVED THE DAY! THANK YOU SO MUCH!! What a crazy time. All turned out well but it took us about 5 hours to get to B'ham!!

Christmas morning

Bekah was so tired when she woke up Christmas morning. I think it took her a while to realize what was going on but she got the hang of it! She had a lot of fun opening presents. Mumu and Doda got Nate the bumbo which I have to say is genius! It is awesome. Nate loves being able to sit up!
As you can see, Bekah liked the 88 cent toy most of all - isn't that how it always goes!

Christmas Eve

We spent Christmas Eve nite with Trey, Kim, Austin, Cate, Mom, Earl, Niven and Kelci. We usually have breakfast together on Christmas Eve but since it fell on a Sunday and we were all going to church, we decided to do it that night. However, we decided to do breakfast for dinner and it was awesome!!

Christmas Eve at Barbara and Ralphs

We went over to my cousins Barbara and Ralph's house on Christmas Eve. We haven't seen Stella since she was a baby. She was soooooooooooo adorable and Bekah had so much fun playing with her. They danced and watched some TV together. It was fun. It's such a great tradition to go over to Barbara and Ralph's house every Christmas Eve. They moved to Annandale this year and their house is absolutely gorgeous.

Christmas Eve service

Bekah was an angel in the Christmas Eve morning service at our chuch, Covenant Presbyterian. She looked so cute up there. Of course, she decided to take a seat since she was up there for a while. They had a lot of fun and we had a lot of fun watching her sing her songs!

Christmas lights, Dec. 23

The next night, we all piled up in the van and went looking for Christmas lights. We also went by the Village at the Ag Museum.

Kelci's bday

I have a lot of pics to post today of our entire holiday which began Friday, Dec. 22 when we went out to eat for Kelci's 14th birthday at Up the Creek. We had fun. Niven was in town from Chamberlain Hunt and brought his girlfriend who was very nice. Kelci brought her friend Taylor. It was a wild nite as usual and I'm sure the people at the restaurant were glad to see us leave.
